Returns
Domestic Shipping

Customs Duties & Other Fees
After you enter your shipment details, you'll automatically get stepped through a customs form specific to the country your package is destined for.
How to Return

Find the item in Let's SHOEping under Purchase History and selectReturn this item from the More actions drop-down menu.

Select the reason for the return. Depending on the seller's return policy, we may put you in touch with the seller directly.

If photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can upload photos. Both Let's SHOEping Customer Service and the seller can see them. You can upload as many as 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB). You can add photos until the return process is closed. Uploaded photos can be removed only by contacting Customer Service.
4. Depending on the seller's return policy, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip. Alternatively, we may ask you to wait for the seller to reach out to provide next steps for the return, such as in cases of oversized or heavy items or when sending an item back to a seller located in another country. The seller may also provide you their own return shipping label.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
There are two types of damages. One is a concealed damage, where there is no visible damage to the outside (shipping box) or apparent, damage, which is visible to the outside of the box. It is very important to inspect your order when received to insure all your products are received in good condition.
Claims for damaged items must be made within fifteen days of original shipment; otherwise your claim will not be honored. Incorrect Items In the event you receive incorrect items please call Customer Service who will process a replacement order for the correct items and arrange for a pick up of the incorrect item. Claims for incorrect items must be made within fifteen days of original shipment; otherwise your request will not be honored.
Exchanges
Requests for an exchange are allowed if your request is made within 15 days of your original shipment otherwise your claim for an exchange will not be honored.
Once the items are received at our Distribution Center we will initiate the exchange, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. You are responsible for all shipping costs for the replacement order to be shipped to you.
